Plastic Paver Mould

Plastic Paver Mould
A MANUFACTURING UNIT

We manufacture high grade Plastic Moulds in various shapes and sizes with distinct technical specifications for interlocking pavers. We can also provide complicated designs of Moulds as per the requirements of the clients. The Plastic Moulds, designed by us, are made up of superlative raw materials. A Plastic Paver Mould is a reusable mold made from plastic materials (usually PVC or ABS) used to cast concrete paver blocks in various shapes, sizes, and designs. These moulds are a key part of paver block manufacturing, especially in small to medium-scale industries.

It’s a rigid or semi-flexible mold into which a concrete mix is poured to form interlocking tiles, floor blocks, and paving stones. After the concrete sets, the mould is removed, and the block is cured to achieve strength.

 Key Features:

  • Material: Usually made from high-grade PVC, ABS, or Polypropylene plastic.

  • Durability: Can withstand multiple uses (often 100+ casting cycles if maintained properly).

  • Smooth Finish: Produces glossy and well-textured surface blocks.

  • Design Variety: Available in zigzag, I-shape, square, hexagonal, flower design, fan shape, and more.
